Are there any zombie apocalypse games where you can build a base out of your own house or some landmark building, like a mega mall?

I have been aching for such a game since zombie games have been invented, really. I just want a realistic building that I can use as an improvable base. That's literally all I want. Like, pick a building on Google maps and off you go sorta style.

State of Decay is coming close to the feeling, but it's still not quite there yet. The zombies around your base just keep respawning randomly and incessantly, so you have no sense of progression or achievement.

Project Zomboid is nice, but it takes millions of years to get a base going. I must have played that game for about 100 hours and still was never able to get a self-sustained base.
