Translated (DeepL):

Dragon Age: The Veilguard - the technology of the PC version

Work on this benchmark test is not yet complete, and there will be further updates in the coming days. One reason: The EA app once again sets hard “DRM limits”, even changing the monitor to check the wide-screen compatibility cost one of the permitted “activations” in 24 hours during the test.

Notes:

I checked their forums for more details on how those limits get applied. I didn't find any additional ones as of today, but it remains a fact that Steam purchases do not use the EA app and, in turn, don't enforce such limits. The same might(!) be true for the EPIC games version.

Edits:

  • removed the original German text (see screenshot)
  • added screenshot (since the article might change, once the 24h limit went by)
  • added notes
