What's a gaming moment you come back to again and again?

I have separate files saved on Paper Mario 64 so I can fight General Guy whenever I want and play the Sneaky Parasol Peach mission at the end of Chapter 6 whenever I want. Similarly, one of my Ocarina of Time files is solely dedicated to the Twinrova boss fight.
