What game has the best Free Fall/Skydiving feature? Ones that makes you wanna do it again and again.

For me it's Just Cause 2. The free fall just feels natural, the satisfaction of gliding and nose diving with the unstable camera while you fall feels like you were there. Not to mention the tropical atmosphere of the whole map you see while you're falling.
