Which games don't need amazing graphics to be great?

Many videogames need photorealism (or harmonious textures, if they feature cartoonish characters) to be acclaimed by players and critics; other games don't. This is the second category: the games you play definitely not for its graphics, but for the originality of its gameplay, story and/or scenery - such as Fall Guys, Stardew Valley, Human Fall Flat, etc.
